We regret to inform you that we are unable to fulfill your orders to our fans in the USA. Please accept our sincere apologies.

The Polish Post Office – Poczta Polska, our shipping partner, is no longer offering shipment to the USA due to new transatlantic trade regulations introduced by the White House. On July 30, U.S. President Donald Trump signed legislation suspending duty exemptions for so‑called de minimis shipments—those valued under $800. According to the White House, the new regulations aim to “close a legal loophole used to evade duties and introduce deadly synthetic opioids into the U.S. market.” Unfortunately, these measures have had a significant negative impact on transatlantic trade, particularly affecting small businesses like ours that export goods under the $800 threshold to the United States.

In response, several European postal services—including those in Poland, France, Spain, Germany, and the United Kingdom—suspended parcel shipments to the U.S. as of August 25, citing the implementation of new U.S. tariffs. At this time, no timeline has been provided for when these restrictions will be lifted.

Furthermore, beginning January 1, 2026, Poczta Polska will no longer accept any small parcels for shipment to the USA.

Unfortunately, these changes have had a devastating impact on our business. Shipping costs from Poland to the United States via FedEx and UPS have become prohibitive—approximately $50.00 for a single CD—alongside additional restrictions imposed by the couriers. As a result, we have been forced to suspend all sales of our releases shipped from Poland to the U.S.

To assist our valued customers in the USA, we are working on an alternative solution. If you wish to place an order, please contact us directly via email: nottworecords@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request by consolidating it with other customer orders, shipping one large parcel via FedEx to our distribution center in the USA, and then forwarding it directly to you.

Shipments to Europe and other international destinations remain unaffected and continue as usual.
