Shipping & Returns
All our orders ship from Krakow, Poland and we use Polish Mail registered mail service for all our shipments.
After your order ships you will receive email from us with your tracking number, and you will be able to track the progress of your order on-line at Poczta Polska site. Your order will be delivered by your country’s mail service; in case if nobody is able to claim it at the time of delivery, your mailman should leave you a notice with information how you can pick up your shipment at your local post office.
We promise to expedite your order as soon as possible; but after your order is out of our hands we have no influence over speed nor efficiency of the postal services. Estimated delivery time is about 1 week for Europe, 2 weeks for North America and 3 or more weeks for the rest of the world. Please make sure to contact us if you don't receive your order in 4 weeks, so we can assist you.
We accept returns of all the items purchased in our on-line store located at www.nottwo.com; we do not accept returns nor issue any refunds for orders you might place with our affiliates that were initiated from links on our site. Please contact those vendors directly if you would like to discuss your order with them.
If you would like to cancel your order placed on our site or if you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it, please contact us and we will provide you with return address. We will refund your full price of the item(s), if you contact us within:
- 30 days of your order for tangible goods (CD, vinyl, DVD, etc.)
- 72 hours of your order for digital downloads
and return your merchandise in its original, unused condition. We also accept returns of defective products due to manufacturer’s fault.
Refunds for digital downloads are offered ONLY for in-completed downloads. No refunds/exchanges for finalized downloads.
Please send us back your order together with a covering note in its original condition and packaged securely. We recommend you use recorded delivery when returning items to us. You will have to cover the cost of shipping, but if the problem is a result of our error, we will pay your freight back to you. We will issue you a full refund of the price you paid for the disc within 10 working days of receiving the returned merchandise.
Except as specified above all sales are finals, no refunds nor exchanges are offered without our written permission.
